The ordering process was easy enough, the delivery worked fine and it was exactly on time, the cardboard is awesome, the print quality is flawless, and all in all, from the first click on the web site, to the receiving of the order, everything was extremely professional, on their part. The product was great but the instructions and advice was quite vague. I had to reupload several versions of the design and kept getting the same vague error message. But really, the product was of fantastic quality

The best box and packaging printers I've come across.The quality and turn around time is really good, and the entire design process is really strong. There's also an option for production priority for quicker turn around times. Staff are incredibly responsive and helpful through the live chat and e-mail. I've used packly thoughout my time at University and they've been really reliable and helpful throughout. I'm excited to continue working with them.
